About the role

  • Serve as a primary Workday HCM administrator for compensation and benefits modules
  • Own and manage relationships with global benefits brokers and insurance carriers
  • Lead annual benefits renewal negotiations globally
  • Conduct internal pay equity reviews and analyses
  • Translate compensation and benefits data into compelling insights

Requirements

  • A minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, and/or total rewards
  • Strong hands-on Workday HCM experience required
  • Experience with Payscale (or similar compensation benchmarking tools)
  • Demonstrated experience managing benefits broker and vendor relationships
  • Working knowledge of compensation and benefits compliance
  • Advanced Excel skills
