About the role
- Serve as a primary Workday HCM administrator for compensation and benefits modules
- Own and manage relationships with global benefits brokers and insurance carriers
- Lead annual benefits renewal negotiations globally
- Conduct internal pay equity reviews and analyses
- Translate compensation and benefits data into compelling insights
Requirements
- A minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, and/or total rewards
- Strong hands-on Workday HCM experience required
- Experience with Payscale (or similar compensation benchmarking tools)
- Demonstrated experience managing benefits broker and vendor relationships
- Working knowledge of compensation and benefits compliance
- Advanced Excel skills
