About the role
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters across the NAM region
- Partner with people leaders to provide guidance on people matters, escalating complex cases as appropriate
- Support investigations, documentation, and resolution of employee relations concerns
- Assist in executing people strategies developed by senior HR leaders
- Contribute to performance management processes, coaching leaders on feedback conversations
- Ensure HR practices are applied consistently and compliantly across NAM locations
- Collaborate with global People & Culture peers for employee experience initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and data within HR systems
- Participate in projects that build HR capability and improve processes
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
- Hands-on experience using Workday for core HR activities (employee data management, documentation, HR processes)
- Experience supporting employee relations matters and advising leaders on policies and performance-related issues
- Working knowledge of employment practices and compliance considerations within North America
- Ability to apply sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and navigate sensitive situations with professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working in a remote environment and collaborating across regions and time zones
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalate appropriately
