About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide full support during labor inspections (Ministry of Labor and Employment / regulatory bodies), organizing evidence, preparing required documentation and responding to requests from labor inspectors.
  • Conduct periodic labor audits at business units, identifying compliance gaps and proposing corrective action plans.
  • Monitor labor liability indicators, analyze root causes of recurring claims and recommend process improvements.
  • Technically manage and monitor social security-related leaves to mitigate causal link risks and social security costs.
  • Act proactively to manage cases of “social security limbo” and structure return-to-work and vocational rehabilitation processes in partnership with the Health area.
  • Monitor developments in labor legislation and case law, assessing operational and financial impacts for the business.
  • Ensure governance of internal processes, making sure local practices comply with current regulatory standards.
  • Provide documentary and technical support to the Labor Legal team upon request.
  • Implement controls and ensure compliance for the hiring of temporary labor, ensuring adherence to Law 6.019/1974.
  • Audit temporary employment agencies and service providers for compliance with labor, social security and safety obligations.
  • Monitor deadline limits, legal justifications and required documentation to mitigate risks of employment relationship claims or fines.
  • Serve as the technical focal point for Business Partners (BPs) and Operations on matters related to working hours, schedules, benefits and labor relations.
  • Prepare management reports and executive presentations consolidating data on negotiations, risks and HR performance.
  • Support internal and external audits by organizing evidence, responding to technical inquiries and following up on corrective actions for non-conformities.
  • Provide technical input for the preparation of Collective Bargaining Agreement (ACT) negotiations, carrying out cost assessments and scenario analysis.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
  • Experience in payroll audits, HR processes and third-party/temporary workforce management.
  • Strong technical experience in labor and union relations in large, geographically dispersed companies.
  • Assertive communication, influencing skills and resilience to operate in negotiation environments.
  • Proven experience supporting complex collective bargaining negotiations.
  • Deep knowledge of the CLT (Brazilian Consolidation of Labor Laws) and complementary legislation.
  • Advanced ability to interpret ACTs (Collective Bargaining Agreements) and CCTs (Collective Labor Conventions) across different categories.
  • Strong logical reasoning for data analysis and financial scenario assessment.
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Labor Law, Union Relations or Risk Management.
