About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct the financial planning, analysis and performance management of the Santo André Logistics Center through structured budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses and result modeling, ensuring information accuracy and alignment with the Company’s strategic objectives;
Act as the main interface between the unit and corporate areas (Finance, Tax, Accounting, Legal, Procurement and other centralized functions) through regular coordination, information consolidation and governance of processes to ensure consistency, compliance and adherence to corporate guidelines;
Ensure financial governance of the Santo André Logistics Center, with direct responsibility for billing, customer onboarding, proposals and revenue control, using systems, KPIs and standardized processes to ensure integrity, timeliness and reliability of records and revenue generation;
Monitor the unit’s financial and operational risks using indicators, impact analyses, provision reviews and follow-up on open items to reduce exposures, optimize results and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory obligations;
Deliver management information and strategic analyses to the Executive Board and Executive Committee through structured reports, financial studies and executive summaries to support short- and long-term decision-making and contribute to business sustainability;
Drive efficiency and continuous improvement of the unit’s financial and administrative processes by implementing controls, automation, standardization and periodic process reviews to improve information quality, reduce rework and strengthen governance;
Ensure all practices and decisions comply with corporate policies, legal requirements, HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) principles and compliance guidelines through enforcement of internal rules, adherence monitoring and proactive actions to promote safety, integrity and responsible unit management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field;
Experience in FP&A, budget planning and forecasting;
Advanced knowledge of financial analysis and financial model building;
Mastery of financial processes (budget, OPEX/CAPEX, provisions, billing, revenues);
Knowledge of corporate policies and guidelines applicable to the port business;
Experience interacting with corporate areas (Accounting, Tax, Legal, Procurement, etc.);
Ability to perform critical analysis of financial statements;
Expertise in financial governance and providing support to executive committees;
MBA in Finance / Controllership / Data Analysis (Preferred)
Knowledge of IFRS / international accounting standards (Preferred)
Specialization in Management or Leadership (Preferred)
Advanced knowledge of analytical tools (Power BI, automation, etc.) (Preferred)
