About the role

  • Coordinate the execution of performance management processes, ensuring the proper application of methodologies, tools and established deadlines;
  • Support the implementation of career, succession and job criticality assessment practices, monitoring development plans and internal movements;
  • Coordinate leadership development programs, learning pathways, coaching initiatives and assessment tools for managers and individual contributors, ensuring structured analyses and feedback;
  • Supervise onboarding initiatives, open-door sessions and cultural alignment activities, as well as support the execution of engagement and climate surveys and the rollout of resulting action plans;
  • Monitor and analyze development, performance and engagement indicators, evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives and proposing continuous improvements;
  • Coordinate development projects and change management initiatives, ensuring communication, engagement and adherence to changes;
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, leaders and vendors to ensure alignment between strategy, execution and business needs;
  • Support management in the rollout and implementation of corporate People Development policies and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Experience in Organizational Development and/or Learning & Development (L&D);
  • Knowledge of competency-based management, learning methodologies, assessments and HR metrics;
  • Advanced English (written and spoken);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Corporate Education (Pedagogy) or related fields.
