What you’ll need

Self-motivated professional seeking growth while practicing architecture
Professional degree in Architecture
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture
Licensed Architect registered in New Mexico, Arizona, or Texas
Experience with project management and managing technical professionals
Demonstrated ability to lead and direct multiple concurrent projects
Experience managing project pursuits, preparing proposals, and working with marketing staff
Experience developing construction documents and specifications
Strong understanding of architectural design and construction principles
Familiarity with architectural building construction materials and systems
Understanding of related codes and construction-related services
Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Experience preparing work plans, budgets, and project schedules highly desired
