About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform roadway design and modeling utilizing Microstation/OpenRoads
Lead and manage tasks on projects of various sizes
Work with experienced designers and project managers
Collaborate with other disciplines and subconsultants to deliver projects
Work primarily on projects in Missouri and Kansas, with opportunities to support regional projects
Communicate and partner effectively with peers, senior staff, and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
Kansas Professional Engineer licensed or ability to obtain within 6 months
4–7 years’ experience designing streets and highways in accordance with local, state, and/or federal regulations
Ability to work effectively with other engineers and technicians
Background in traffic engineering design can be helpful
Experience in CADD utilizing Microstation
Not currently sponsoring applicants for work visas
