Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee all activities related to alternative delivery opportunities
Develop and implement Wilson & Company’s national strategy for partnerships
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes
Play a critical role in advancing alternative delivery capabilities
Identify competencies required for project management
Develop project management tools and processes
Build and lead a team of technical advisors
Collaborate across sectors and practices
Hold primary responsibility for financial performance of projects
Address gaps in project management and business development capabilities
Lead contract negotiations
Identify and mitigate risks
Partner with Operations leadership for financial forecasting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
Relevant professional certifications and licenses are preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Strong, established relationships within the industry to support continued growth.
