Midwest Regional Sales Manager – Water Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive profitable growth
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, consulting engineers, contractors, OEMs, and end users
- Drive specification activity and expand market share within the Water Management segment
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and successful project execution
- Support large-scale projects, tenders, RFPs, and technical proposals
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities, and communicate insights to leadership
- Maintain accurate sales activity documentation and pipeline management
- Lead channel partner engagement plans and regional growth initiatives
- Support new product development (NPD) growth initiatives within the region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Discipline, or Business Management preferred
- 10+ years of experience selling technical or industrial products
- Strong knowledge of:
- Rotating equipment
- Wastewater treatment technology
- Fluid mechanics
- Mixing technology
- Pump systems and water infrastructure
- Experience with long-cycle project sales preferred
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and strategically
- Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the assigned territory
