About the role

  • Ensure brand consistency across all products, marketing materials, and customer touchpoints
  • Translate concepts, strategies, and creative direction into compelling visual executions that align with project goals and brand positioning.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the brand as new products and categories are introduced
  • Design product packaging for supplements, skincare, and future product lines
  • Create scalable packaging systems that can expand across multiple SKUs
  • Prepare production-ready files for packaging and printed materials collaborating with vendors and manufacturers to ensure accurate execution of materials, finishes, and colors
  • Develop high-quality visuals for digital and printed materials while maintaining alignment with brand standards.
  • Work independently to manage your own workflow, execute assigned tasks, and maintain high-quality output without requiring close supervision.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design Leads, and other team members, effectively integrating feedback to improve deliverables.
  • Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices, refining techniques to continuously improve creative outcomes.
  • Use AI-powered tools and visualization techniques to quickly prototype and explore packaging directions
  • Develop visual presentations that help communicate product concepts to internal teams and stakeholders

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in visual and brand design, with proven seniority and ownership of brand-level initiatives
  • Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability over projects
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
