• Creating production-ready assets across print and digital, including packaging, brochures, welcome kits, POP/retail materials, and kiosk collateral.
• Designing marketing assets, campaign visuals, banners, and promotional materials that translate brand strategy into visual narratives across digital channels.
• Supporting the design of marketing landing pages and digital executions in collaboration with the web team, maintaining brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
• Using AI-powered tools and visualization techniques to quickly explore and prototype packaging and product directions. Developing visual presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Working cross-functionally with marketing, design leads, and other team members. Managing your own workflow independently and maintaining high-quality output without close supervision.

Senior Graphic Designer

• Able to seamlessly move between print and digital design, delivering high-quality, production-ready assets that meet both technical requirements and brand standards.
• Strong print and POP experience, including designing brochures, flyers/inserts, welcome kits, packaging, and retail or kiosk materials, with a solid understanding of how these assets translate into physical environments.
• Strong understanding of print production (bleed, dielines, color systems) with the ability to prepare production-ready files and collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate execution of materials, finishes, and colors in fast-paced environments.
• Work independently to manage your own workflow, execute assigned tasks, and maintain high-quality output without requiring close supervision.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design Leads, and other team members, effectively integrating feedback to improve deliverables.
• Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices, refining techniques to continuously improve creative outcomes.
• Use AI-powered tools and visualization techniques to quickly prototype and explore packaging directions
• Develop visual presentations that help communicate product concepts to internal teams and stakeholders
