About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to senior leaders, providing decision support and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Partner with leaders to define, prioritize, and align functional and cross-functional initiatives with enterprise strategy and business objectives
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure delivery against objectives, timelines, and success metrics
  • Develop and deliver executive-ready communications, narratives, and visualizations
  • Facilitate leadership briefings and decision-making forums
  • Evaluate current-state processes and ways of working to identify opportunities for effectiveness, efficiency, and value delivery
  • Support continuous improvement and change initiatives
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas that enhance leadership effectiveness, operational performance, and strategic execution
  • Define, track, and report KPIs
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, MIS, or a related field
  • Ten (10) years of progressive experience in leadership, operations, or strategic roles
  • Formal management experience
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, MIS, or a related field preferred
  • Fifteen (15) years of Project Management, Business Transformation, Strategy/Consulting, or Process Improvement experience preferred
