About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and development of sophisticated software solutions, including hands-on development, testing, and debugging
Define technical vision and guide architectural decisions
Collaborate with partners to define project goals and requirements
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and teams
Contribute to documentation of software solutions and processes
Partner with business teams to apply artificial intelligence capabilities responsibly and creatively across enterprise, operational, and product delivery workflows
Leverage generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, AI-assisted development, and ethical AI practices to solve business problems
Build or integrate AI-backed features into production systems
Experiment responsibly with emerging tools, platforms, and frameworks
Stay current with advances in AI and continuously learn new methodologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma/GED, Vocational/Technical/Business School, and a minimum of ten (10) years of software development experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Outstanding organizational and communication skills
Safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Expert-level proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and technologies
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies
Experience crafting scalable and maintainable software systems
Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Demonstrated leadership experience guiding technical teams
Proficiency in querying and crafting databases
