About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate all routine and non-routine maintenance activities
Identify inspection, equipment, and material procurement resources required for maintenance tasks
Coordinate maintenance activities and communicate schedules to internal and external customers
Maintain accurate equipment history and reliability data
Drive and influence consistent application and improvement of processes
Identify efficient system operating modes in real time and cause adjustments to achieve optimum operation
Collaborate with others to identify and suggest training needs
Identify and communicate standard practices
Support budget development and forecasting updates
Coordinate with others to verify maintenance duration and scope of work
Develop scopes and detailed job plans for preventative and maintenance work
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma/GED required
Minimum five years of maintenance experience required
Minimum two years of planning experience required
Minimum three years of natural gas industry experience required
Experience preferably as a technician, lead, or planner
Prior experience supporting and maintaining compliance with DOT Pipeline Safety Regulations (49 CFR Parts 192 and 195) preferred
Aptitude and ability to use technology and applications to improve operational efficiency
Experience developing scope and detailed job plans for preventative and maintenance work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills
Maximo Power User Training completed
Strong skills in Oracle or a similar ERP system
Proficient in Power BI
Vocational/associate degree in a technical field preferred
