About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate all routine and non-routine maintenance activities
- Identify inspection, equipment, and material procurement resources required for maintenance tasks
- Coordinate maintenance activities and communicate schedules to internal and external customers
- Maintain accurate equipment history and reliability data
- Drive and influence consistent application and improvement of processes
- Identify efficient system operating modes in real time and initiate adjustments to achieve optimum conditions
- Collaborate with others to identify and suggest training needs
- Identify and communicate standard practices
- Support budget development and forecasting updates
- Verify maintenance duration and scope of work with others
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma/GED required
- Minimum five years of maintenance experience, preferably as a technician, lead, or planner
- Minimum two years of planning experience
- Minimum three years of experience in the natural gas industry
- Demonstrated aptitude and ability to embrace technology and applications
- Experience developing scope and detailed job plans for preventative and maintenance work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills
- Maximo Power User Training completed
- Strong skills in Oracle or a similar ERP system
- Proficient in Power BI
- Preferred: vocational/associate degree in a technical field
