Complete a 6-week intensive onboarding experience at Williams' corporate headquarters in Tulsa

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Science
Graduate in May 2026, December 2026, or May 2027
Position is not eligible for sponsorship, including OPT/CPT
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Willingness and ability to relocate within the United States as business needs require
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities
Demonstrated initiative and willingness to take on stretch assignments
Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Engineering software experience is a plus
Strong commitment to safety as a core value
FE Certification preferred
Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environments and navigate ambiguity
Self-starting, accountable approach with commitment to results and operational excellence
