About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Troubleshoots customer issues as they arise; Serves as the first point of contact with customers for scheduling related issues
- Supervises gas volumes and evaluates and reduces pipeline imbalances for shippers and operators; Communicates with Pipeline Control on confirmation and imbalance management as needed
- Tracks and evaluates pipeline maintenance schedules and communicates proactively with customers to ensure they are well advised
- Manages and maintains relationships with pipeline and scheduling representatives to ensure operational integrity
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma /GED and minimum ten (10) years' experience in marketing or commercial
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel, and PC skills
- Understanding of accounting principles and procedures for gas accounting
- Strong problem solving skills and analytical approach
- Knowledge and understanding of scheduling Eastern Interstates pipelines
