About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics for environmental programs, and workforce enterprise performance
  • Drives implementation of environmental programs and reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and business needs
  • Define, communicate, and report environmental processes and metrics to leadership
  • Oversee training for business operations on environmental programs, processes, and procedures
  • Collaborate with field environmental leaders to understand operational needs and facilitate technical decision-making, support resolution of environmental compliance risk and drive continuous improvement
  • Coordinate workforce planning, career development, and supports expense planning and forecasting through data analysis
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental, or a science based field
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the natural gas industry and with environmental compliance and reporting and emissions control
  • Understanding of environmental management systems and compliance assurance requirements
  • Familiar with unit operations across the range of enterprise assets
  • Understanding of regulatory rulemaking process
  • Experience in facility design and operations
  • Environmental compliance reporting and regulatory rule making process experience
  • Leadership experience
