About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and analyze performance metrics for environmental programs, and workforce enterprise performance
Drives implementation of environmental programs and reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and business needs
Define, communicate, and report environmental processes and metrics to leadership
Oversee training for business operations on environmental programs, processes, and procedures
Collaborate with field environmental leaders to understand operational needs and facilitate technical decision-making, support resolution of environmental compliance risk and drive continuous improvement
Coordinate workforce planning, career development, and supports expense planning and forecasting through data analysis
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental, or a science based field
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the natural gas industry and with environmental compliance and reporting and emissions control
Understanding of environmental management systems and compliance assurance requirements
Familiar with unit operations across the range of enterprise assets
Understanding of regulatory rulemaking process
Experience in facility design and operations
Environmental compliance reporting and regulatory rule making process experience
Leadership experience
