Drive enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud ERP transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business performance
Influence enterprise architecture, integration strategy, and financial systems modernization

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of enterprise application development experience with significant hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP
Deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, including Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA)
Strong understanding of financial accounting concepts, controls, and compliance requirements
Proven expertise in end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes
Ability to translate complex financial business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Expert-level proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, database design, performance tuning, package development, debugging, query optimization, and troubleshooting
Strong experience with Oracle database objects and enterprise data architecture principles
Demonstrated success designing and implementing Oracle Cloud integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, FBDI, and BI Publisher (BIP)
Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with external applications, financial institutions, tax systems, and enterprise platforms
Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, integration patterns, security principles, and cloud-based solution design
Experience leading technical delivery across multiple concurrent projects and initiatives
Experience with Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) modules
Hands-on experience developing AI-powered enterprise automation solutions
Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures and LLM-based autonomous agents
Experience implementing intelligent workflow orchestration, process mining, or ERP automation initiatives
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and cloud-native development patterns
Experience working in large-scale retail, manufacturing, distribution, or financial services environments
Oracle Cloud certifications in ERP, Integration Cloud, or related technologies
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives, finance leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
Demonstrated success mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence
Ability to influence architectural decisions and drive consensus across diverse teams
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and emerging technologies
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
