Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex, cross-functional technology projects across Supply Chain, Logistics, eCommerce Integrations, Order Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation, Merchandising, and Customer Experience domains.
Drive execution across multiple teams by managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and delivering business outcomes.
Improve operational efficiency and business decision-making through AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation initiatives, analytics platforms, and emerging technologies.
Maintain visibility into scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Deliver on-time and on-budget projects while effectively managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
Support successful implementation of Supply Chain and Logistics technology solutions.
Improve operational efficiency through AI-enabled solutions and automation.
Drive high stakeholder satisfaction and successful business outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of Project or Program Management experience
8+ years of Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, or eCommerce Integration technology experience
Proven experience managing multiple medium to large-scale cross-functional technology projects
Strong understanding of Warehouse Management, Order Management, Transportation Management, Inventory Management, and Merchandising systems
Experience managing enterprise application integrations and complex system implementations
Strong experience with project planning, forecasting, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Experience participating in or managing projects involving Generative AI, AI-powered automation, predictive analytics, machine learning solutions, or intelligent workflow automation
Understanding of AI-enabled business solutions and automation opportunities within enterprise environments
Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts and AI governance practices is preferred
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Rally, and Smartsheet
Experience with Power BI, Snowflake, and Analytics Platforms
Experience with APIs, Microservices, and Integration Architectures
Experience with cloud-based enterprise applications
Experience with data visualization and operational reporting tools
Strong project planning and execution skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects to completion
Strong collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, and influence skills
Hands-on approach with a strong focus on delivery and results
PMP, Agile, SAFe, or related certifications.
Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Omnichannel experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
