Talent Acquisition Advisor
Williams LeaTalent Acquisition Advisor responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment services at Williams Lea. Partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure talent while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partnering with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs
- Screening and shortlisting candidates
- Conducting phone, virtual and in-person interviews
- Providing timely and constructive interview feedback
- Managing offer processes and negotiations
- Advertising vacancies across a range of platforms
- Proactively sourcing candidates, including headhunting
- Providing market insight and recruitment advice to stakeholders
- Managing candidate workflows through Workday
- Working with external providers to ensure appropriate vetting and screening
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy, changing workload
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders in a professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
- Experience recruiting for creative or technology roles would be a real advantage
- Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS would be beneficial
