About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide full life-cycle deployment expertise to our customers from gathering requirements, configuring Workday VNDLY, and testing various modules to align with their business requirements
- Understand customer business requirements and demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems and support the testing phase
- Love to problem solve and ‘think’ through various requirements and how you would configure the software to meet those customer needs
- Work with technical consultants to ensure seamless touch points throughout project
- Participate in updates to training and best practices to share across the team
- Provide the Engagement Manager with status reports and keep them informed of overall project status
- Mentor less experienced consultants and embody team player mindset
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of functional experience in Vendor Management Software (VMS) solutions or systems including Workday VNDLY
- Experience in Contingent Labor, Staffing, or Recruiting
- 5+ years deploying ATS or other HR related solutions or systems
- 5+ years Consulting experience
- 2+ years experience implementing Workday VNDLY, SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar applications
- Passion for customer service and project management
- Team Player and able to demonstrate this trait
- Fluency in German or French preferred
