About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support one or more direct or indirect contracts with the U.S. Federal Government
- Lead and manage the entire capture process, from opportunity identification through proposal development and award
- Identify, qualify, and capture strategic federal government opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience leading the full capture lifecycle in a Federal market
- Deep understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other relevant regulations
- Expert-level knowledge of the Federal procurement lifecycle and acquisition process
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, government customers, and potential partners
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
- Familiarity with sourcing tools like BGov, GovWin, SAM, and other platforms used for opportunity tracking
- Strong capability in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) and Google Workspace
- Travel may be required for training, conferences, or client visits
- US Citizenship required
