Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and deploy a customer’s relevant reporting and analytic solutions
Lead and project manage reporting workstream(s), hitting delivery dates and driving results
Conduct discovery sessions to develop and document a thorough understanding of customers’ reporting needs
Design and implement reports to address complex customer requirements
Assist customer in testing reporting solutions and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure post-production success
Participate in internal initiatives and process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience with Workday Reporting and Prism, OR 6+ years of experience with integration development or report building, OR 6+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design, OR 6+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, or Financials domain experience in a Government setting
5+ years of experience with Workday Reporting and Prism, OR 8+ years of experience with integration development or report building, OR 8+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design, OR 8+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, or Financials domain experience in a Government setting
Demonstrated commitment to supporting the fun and diverse workplace that is part of Workday’s VIBE culture
Experience working within or with the State and Local Government industry
Experience with Workday Prism and/or SQL
Advanced understanding of payroll reporting
Experience taking a leadership role within a software, system, or application implementation
Advanced skills to design, develop, and deploy analytic and reporting solutions for customers
Advanced understanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle - including report requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and move to production
Advanced skills with Workday reporting technologies such as report writer, discovery boards, scorecards, Prism, and dashboards
Active Workday Implementer Certification or Workday PRO Certification
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are a must, including active listening and the ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences
Proven learning agility, with the capacity to quickly adapt to new situations, learn from experiences, and apply knowledge to solve problems and drive innovation
Comprehensive product knowledge, including an in-depth understanding of product features, benefits, applications, and market positioning
Deep technical savvy, including the ability to understand, apply, and troubleshoot technical information and systems to enhance efficiency and problem-solving
Ability to travel up to 25%
