About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the vision and roadmap for Data Cloud and Prism's data integration capabilities
Partner with design, engineering, data science, and other product managers to evolve Workday's analytics platform
Engage with partner Product Management teams to co-develop a joint product roadmap
Dive deep into customer use cases to understand how they leverage the platform for meaningful insights
Build domain expertise in data preparation, data management, data warehouses, query engines, and feature engineering
Serve as the Product Owner in one or more scrum teams
Foster a strong customer community and collaborate with Sales, Presales, Customer Success Management, and Product Marketing
Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering high-impact customer outcomes in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise data software environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strategic Thinking: Ability to generate and apply unique business insights to shape the long-term vision for Data Cloud
Cross-Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with members from different teams
Customer Empathy: Deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and experiences
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of data platforms, data lakes/warehouses, databases
Strong understanding of design thinking and the product development process
Effective verbal and written communication skills
