About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Align products and services with leaders across the CX org
Lead within a matrixed operating model across teams
Collaborate closely with senior leadership across product, engineering, sales, and marketing
Drive thought leadership and represent the company at industry events and conferences
Lead key operational initiatives, working closely with key stakeholders within and outside of organization
Manage strategic initiatives from concept to launch
Conduct research for key projects
Develop comprehensive product roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies
Advise other leaders on overall strategy direction
Partner with EVP of CX on key organizational changes and improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
3+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB/Big 4)
AI tool literacy and hands on application (ex. Claude, Cursor) a must
Demonstrated experience in advising on successful strategies for complex initiatives
Strong executive presence and team collaboration skills
Strong understanding of the functions in CX
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
