About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for ensuring successful implementation of Workday's product solutions
- Provide implementation expertise to clients and configure Workday solutions
- Collaborate with the Workday Success Plans Team on customer programs
- Understand complex, technical process issues and facilitate decision making
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of IT implementation experience
- 5+ years of experience with Talent, Learning or Recruiting on Workday or other systems
- 2+ years of software consulting experience.
- Workday Certification in Recruiting, Learning, and Talent preferred
- Ability to understand and explain Workday concepts
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple engagements simultaneously
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required; advanced degree preferred
- Fluency in German, French, Italian or Spanish at a business level.
