About the role
- Communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's applications to prospects and customers as part of North America Presales team
- Translate technical concepts and communicate how Workday's AI-powered solution delivers value-driven business results
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations that showcase Workday's technology
- Solution Architecture: develop and present comprehensive solutions for demonstration that incorporate AI (Agents, Generative, LLM, etc), integration methodologies, reporting and analytics
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective buyers, understanding business challenges and demonstrating how Workday AI solutions deliver value
- Collaborate closely with sales, Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams
- Stay informed about AI and technology advancements and contribute as subject matter expert to initiatives such as webinars
Requirements
- P3 Enterprise Architect AI: 2+ years experience applying AI as a business solution with concepts such as Agents, LLMs, machine learning and natural language processing
- P3 Enterprise Architect AI: 3+ years professional experience in an Information Technology-related field
- P3 Enterprise Architect AI: 1+ years experience in a role that includes delivering compelling presentations in person and online meetings
- P4 Enterprise Architect AI: 4+ years experience applying AI as a business solution with concepts such as Agents, LLMs, machine learning and natural language processing
- P4 Enterprise Architect AI: 5+ years professional experience in an Information Technology-related field
- P4 Enterprise Architect AI: 3+ years experience in a role that includes delivering compelling presentations in person and online meetings
- Specialization in Artificial Intelligence and proven success in leading value-centric technical discussions with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business partners
- Understanding of Responsible AI
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture, data security, reporting, and integration standards
- Understanding of AI Ops / CloudOps
- Knowledge of Workday application and technical architecture is helpful
- Strong value selling skills and proven objection handling skills
- Strong product demonstration skills
- Solid understanding of PBS Industry business is helpful
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
