Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a trusted advisor to executives at financial institutions in Net New sales opportunities.
Communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's HCM applications to customers as part of our Manufacturing Customer Base team in Large Enterprise.
Deliver value-based executive presentations and tailored product demonstrations that solve unique business challenges and drive business outcomes.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives and peer Solution Consultants to support a combination of Net New sales opportunities.
Participate in various projects, initiatives, and cross-functional teams to achieve team goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of extensive Human Capital Management domain expertise
5+ years experience in Presales Solution Consulting, Sales, or Implementation role
3+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based human capital management & workforce management applications
Executive Presence: Ability to command a room at the C-Suite level and influence complex decision-making processes through presentations (both in-person and remote)
Value-Based Selling: Expert-level discovery skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into a compelling vision for digital transformation and the business impact
Agility: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, high-stakes, fast-paced environments and can manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and accountability
Adaptability: Comfortable with high-velocity and magnitude of change
Creativity: Generates unique ideas or approaches to improve the work with a willingness to innovate and take calculated risks.
