About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead workshops with prospective Federal Contractors and Agencies
- Translate complex ERP requirements into cohesive, mission-ready platform, HCM, and Payroll strategies
- Provide expert technical overviews and deep-dive product demonstrations
- Serve as an industry subject matter expert and trusted advisor
- Partner with the extended sales team to accelerate the sales cycle
- Craft comprehensive and compelling responses to RFIs and RFPs
- Support cross-functional sales, marketing, and channel objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in Federal or Federal Contractor Presales
- 4+ years of experience in HCM Solution Consulting in Federal
- Expert knowledge of Enterprise (ERP) systems specifically HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, and HR Finance
- Unrivaled professional presentation, communication, and decision-maker influencing skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
