About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support onboarding of new partners across processes, systems, and basic enablement.
  • Support light-touch nurture activities.
  • Work with the regional GPO team to help incubate new partners and coordinate initiatives.
  • Support execution of partner campaigns led by senior team members to generate leads and early-stage pipeline (S1s).
  • Shadow Senior Partner Managers/Senior Partner Executives in partner meetings, QBRs, and internal reviews.
  • Coordinate with Field/Partner Marketing on lists, invites, follow-ups, and asset distribution.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-4+ years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, Partner/Channel, Customer Success, or Consulting in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Experience in a supporting role to Sales, Alliances, or Partner teams.
  • Exposure to AI, enterprise SaaS, cloud applications, or related technology.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting.
  • Demonstrated interest in partner ecosystems, GTM, and/or B2B sales.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing tasks, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Good communication skills; comfortable working with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Fluent in English.
