Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 + years of experience with Workday Reporting & Analytics product areas
  • 5+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME
  • 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing experience
  • Solid grasp of HCM reporting systems and processes
  • Certified or ability to certify in Workday Reporting products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with global implementations is preferred
  • Ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously
  • Experience influencing, interacting and collaborating with senior leaders
  • Capable of leading design meetings toward an effective and collaborative outcome
  • Ability to perform effective product demonstrations
  • Experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar software applications
  • Experience working with BI Tools (Tableau, QlikView, Cognos, Business Objects)
  • Understanding of data modeling concepts with an ability to manipulate data using software tools and SQL
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience required
