About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the next generation of Workday’s Agent Platform
- Build and ship state-of-the-art AI infrastructure
- Identify highest impact, highest ROI opportunities for AI at Workday
- Interface with customers to validate solutions
- Be the product champion externally, and voice of the customer internally
- Manage customer validation programs across multiple AI initiatives
- Collaborate with development teams to validate value for customers
- Communicate new capabilities to various audiences clearly
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years of experience with SaaS/B2B
- Technically proficient with AI and LLM-powered technology
- Passion and empathy for customers
- Proven track record as a customer advocate
- Mastery in leading Cross-Team Collaboration
- Proven ability to be a visionary Customer Advocate
- Deep mastery of Customer Empathy
- Exceptional Strategic Thinking skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities
