Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the next generation of Workday’s Agent Platform
Build and ship state-of-the-art AI infrastructure

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management experience
3+ years of experience with SaaS/B2B
Technically proficient with AI and LLM-powered technology
Passion and empathy for customers
Proven track record as a customer advocate
Mastery in leading Cross-Team Collaboration
Proven ability to be a visionary Customer Advocate
Deep mastery of Customer Empathy
Exceptional Strategic Thinking skills
Good communication and presentation abilities
