About the role

  • Design and implement cutting‑edge architecture to meet scaling needs of client base
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions
  • Implement solutions for finding the best candidates for roles and best roles for candidates
  • Provide sourcers with insights to make hiring decisions
  • Communicate with candidates via MS Teams to create a complete experience
  • Work with technologies including Python, React, Kubernetes, MongoDB, Celery, and Celery-based event systems
  • Build, design, and implement automation testing infrastructure for RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose effective solutions
  • Participate in Agile development processes and use tools like Jira

Requirements

  • +4 years of experience as an Automation Engineer in RESTful API and microservice testing
  • Hands-on experience with backend testing using Pytest
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience with Cypress or Playwright
  • Proficient in using Postman for API testing
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions
  • Experience working with noSQL DBs
  • Skilled in managing development processes using Jira or other project management tools
  • Familiar with forensics and monitoring tools such as Sentry, groundcover, Grafana, and Prometheus
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Experience with event-driven systems and technologies such as Celery
  • Proven experience in building, designing, and implementing automation infrastructures
  • Can-do attitude, highly motivated, effective at working independently, and a collaborative team player
  • A passion for technology and solving complex problems
