About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with Product Owners, customers, partners, development teams
- Work closely with product development teams through design, development, testing, release, and maintenance
- Define product vision, strategy and roadmap
- Drive solution design for each release
- Guide product teams towards high value OKRs
- Support education and adoption of platform features by internal development teams
- Coordinate and align solution design across multiple scrum teams
- Communicate and evangelize the product area among the Workday community
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years experience in product management
- 1+ years experience with AI applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline
