About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute GTM strategies for AI across planning products
- Act as AI Subject Matter Expert during sales cycles
- Collaborate to build AI-First prescriptive demonstrations
- Translate emerging technologies into planning use cases
- Partner with early-adopter customers to co-innovate
- Innovate on AI orchestration for multi-step planning processes
- Proactively learn and apply LLMs, predictive modeling
- Lead enablement efforts for Sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in GTM Strategy, Solution Consulting, or Product Marketing in SaaS EPM or AI
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical applications
- A "storyteller" mindset for communicating with C-Suite executives
- Proven ability to influence across teams
- Experience with Workday or similar enterprise planning ecosystems
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Ability to experiment and innovate in fast-paced environments
- Ability to think beyond basic LLM productivity use cases
