About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure successful implementation of Workday’s HR solutions for healthcare customers.
- Implement Workday solutions efficiently with customers through industry, product, and consulting expertise.
- Take ownership of establishing and encouraging leading practices for all deployments.
- Conduct requirements gathering, configuring systems, converting data, and solutions testing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, with a specific focus on Core HCM and/or Compensation and/or similar modules.
- 4+ years consulting experience.
- Experience with Recruiting, Learning, and/or Talent modules is a significant plus.
- Proven technical experience, from requirements gathering and solution design through to system building, data conversion, and testing.
- Significant experience working directly in or with the healthcare industry.
- Strong business consulting and strategic acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and manage relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
