About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Enhance and maintain features within in-house/third-party agentic framework
- Build agents to automate workflows for the Agent Trust and Inspection team
- Develop and deploy adversarial agents and specialized sandbox environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed real-time security guardrails
- Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and help raise the technical bar across the pod
- Evaluate latest agentic technologies for platform enhancement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of experience in software engineering or equivalent educational background
- 5+ years in Python programming
- 5+ years designing and implementing Machine Learning/autonomous systems
- Familiarity with Agentic Frameworks such as Langchain or CrewAI
- Knowledge of the complete production architecture for modern Agentic systems
- Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with agentic coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor)
- Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Exposure to software development best practices (DevOps, CI/CD)
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven success in fast-paced, agile environments.
