About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure successful implementation of the Workday Payroll solution with customers
  • Master Workday US Payroll and at least one additional Workday Payroll country
  • Configure the Workday solution and demonstrate configurations
  • Assist clients in testing the Workday solution
  • Work with clients to convert legacy data into Workday
  • Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants
  • Deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years experience implementing Payroll solutions
  • Consulting experience with a consulting/software company required
  • Experience implementing Workday or similar applications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
