About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and architect scalable and efficient Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday modules
- Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Fix and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operation of Workday's processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years delivering large scale consulting engagements with Workday HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions
- 10+ years of validated Workday domain experience
- Experience with agile methodology and systems (Jira, Confluence)
- Active certification in Workday Recruiting, Talent and Learning functional areas is highly preferred
