About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute global partner marketing strategy to accelerate revenue
- Build and manage a high-performing team
- Collaborate with Global Partner Organization and Sales
- Segment and prioritize partners based on growth potential
- Develop and execute Partner Keynote at Workday Global Flagship events
- Define KPIs and dashboards for partner marketing performance
- Manage partner marketing budgets and ensure funds are aligned to high-impact activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
- At least 5+ years focused on partner, alliance, or channel marketing
- Led end-to-end content development for partner audiences exceeding 1,000 attendees
- Proven experience building and executing joint go-to-market strategies
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Background working with global SI/GSIs, VARs, OEMs, cloud hyperscalers, or ISVs
- MBA or equivalent business/marketing experience
