About the role
- Define and drive the AI-first strategy for finance application ecosystem
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for initiatives in finance
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of product managers
- Serve as lead advisor to leadership on AI use in Finance
- Partner closely with Workday's product teams to influence future roadmap
- Evaluate and lead a portfolio of technology partners and vendors
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management
- 5+ years of direct experience leading and launching AI/ML-powered products
- 5+ years of ERP implementation domain expertise in core finance and accounting processes
- Proven ability to integrate ERP systems with other enterprise applications
- Workday Financials certification(s) are highly preferred
