Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years experience working on technology-powered products as a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher.
- 8+ years demonstrated ability in collecting, synthesizing, and prioritizing user input from multiple sources (users, leaders, competitors, market factors, partners, engineering, management, etc.).
- 5+ years functional experience managing experiences in one or more of the following: Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking.
- 5+ years experience within a team leadership role.
- 5+ years experience with Workday product capabilities and industry standards for designing best in class experiences.
