Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing services role
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
- 1+ years of demonstrated experience with AI/ML or data-driven products
- Proven expertise in leading complex customer engagements
- Strong experience designing structured success plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
