About the role
- Support the end-to-end implementation of Workday’s HCM suite
- Translate client business requirements into functional designs and Workday configurations
- Build and present prototype solutions to demonstrate how Workday can meet client needs
- Apply Workday’s validated implementation methodology on every engagement
- Contribute to the development of internal tools, templates, and accelerators that improve project delivery
- Cultivate positive relationships with customers by providing clear communication, proactive mentorship, and a solutions-oriented approach
Requirements
- 5+ years of functional experience in HCM software solutions or systems
- 5+ years Consulting experience
- 5+ years of experience with Compensation or Benefits systems, including but not limited to PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards
- Strong communication skills on system functionality with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
- 3+ years experience implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian or similar applications
- Strong expertise in Annual Compensation Review and Annual Remuneration Cycle
