About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and configure solutions using ServiceNow best practices across ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom applications
- Drive enhancements and improvements to the ServiceNow platform aligned with business goals and IT strategy
- Develop and support integrations with third-party systems using APIs
- Ensure solutions are compliant with platform governance
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents
- Provide guidance to junior developers
- Maintain technical documentation including design specifications
- Support and lead platform upgrades
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in Information Technology
- 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong technical expertise in core platform and advanced development
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is highly desired
- Azure, AWS, basics, SSO/SAML, OAuth, certificate management
- Experience of building modern experiences using Service Portal, UI Builder, or integrating with React/Angular
