About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead/manage mid to large deployments and resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Support executive level expectations with internal suggestions to management for enhancing Workday Deployment Methodology.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years experience of project management with HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations within medium enterprise, large enterprise, higher education and/or state and local governments.
- 3+years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications.
- Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company.
- Solid grasp with at least one of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Services procurement.
- Project Management experience.
- Excellent communication, organization, time management, and social skills.
- Passion for customer service.
- Business development skills.
- Knowledge of Internet technology and cloud-based applications.
- Previous experience with a major systems integrator and/or an enterprise software company a plus.
- Previous service sales experience a plus.
