About the role
- Use your extensive sales and leadership experience to lead, coach and mentor a team of senior Account Executives selling Workday’s oCFO solutions
- Lead a team focused on driving complex sales cycles through orchestration of internal teams including solution consulting, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing, customer success, and sales support
- Be a go-to resource for oCFO Product Strategy, serving as a primary feedback loop of customer need
- Employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday as a viable cloud partner of choice to alternative ERP solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years of field sales management experience at a SaaS company, ideally focused on new business acquisition
- 10+ years as a field sales representative
- Experience selling ERP or ERP-adjacent solutions to customers in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of competing against and winning over legacy ERP providers, including Oracle, SAP, and NetSuite
- Experience in cultivating relationships with the partner ecosystem (ISVs, GSIs, Private Equity, and more)
- Experience managing complex sales cycles in a team-selling environment from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue/quota attainment
