Shape how AI demos and proofs-of-concept are approached in pre-sales.
Partner with Solutions Consulting on demo readiness and quality.
Maintain a deep understanding of AI agent capabilities and translate field experience into structured feedback for Product teams.
Define how AI agents should be explained in technical pre-sales conversations, clarifying differentiation, value, and known limitations.
Provide CX with packaged material for each agent, allowing them to analyze data, handle objections, and drive adoption.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in product management, defining, launching, and iterating on impactful SaaS or cloud-based enterprise software products.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Solid understanding of security frameworks, data access controls, and cloud-based architectures.
Strong skills in effectively working with and influencing Engineering, Design, and Marketing leadership.
Proven ability to deeply understand and represent customer needs—especially regarding data security—in product strategy.
Solid skills in deriving actionable insights for product strategy and measuring success.
Developing skills to contribute to the long-term vision of the product portfolio.
