Serve as the primary technical architect and lead developer for the HCM integration workstream
Drive end-to-end project implementation and delivery
Architect integrations between Workday’s full HCM suite and external platforms
Optimize the flow of sensitive employee data
Engage in the sales cycle to help scope complex HCM integration projects
Mentor and coach junior consultants on integration design patterns and best practices

Requirements

5+ years of demonstrated integration or technical experience in Workday HCM or 8+ years in technical ERP domains
4+ years of experience consulting as an Advisory Lead or Architect on large-scale customer implementations
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and modern authentication/authorization (OAuth, OIDC, SAML)
Proficiency in at least one relevant programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, SQL)
Familiarity with AI concepts, including LLM and MCP integration and agentic workflow design
