About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary technical architect and lead developer for the HCM integration workstream
- Drive end-to-end project implementation and delivery
- Architect integrations between Workday’s full HCM suite and external platforms
- Optimize the flow of sensitive employee data
- Engage in the sales cycle to help scope complex HCM integration projects
- Mentor and coach junior consultants on integration design patterns and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of demonstrated integration or technical experience in Workday HCM or 8+ years in technical ERP domains
- 4+ years of experience consulting as an Advisory Lead or Architect on large-scale customer implementations
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and modern authentication/authorization (OAuth, OIDC, SAML)
- Proficiency in at least one relevant programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, SQL)
- Familiarity with AI concepts, including LLM and MCP integration and agentic workflow design
